Resistance Bands

Fabric resistance bands are the new deal, they work wonderfully for hip strengthening or even shoulder stabilization activities. The bands are durable and strong beginner friendly with light resistance equal to 25lbs, medium resistance equal to 35lbs and heavy resistance equal to 50lbs.

Unlike other elastic bands that don't stay in place, with rolling and pinching of the skin, the fabric resistance bands lay comfortably against your body and remains in place as you do your work out. Thanks to the bands width and thickness, there is no need to stop in the middle of an exercise to re-adjust, over and over again.
